Vermont Treatment Bill S.223
In May of 2012, VT Governor Shumlin signed into law, the Vermont Treatment Bill S.223. This law mandates the private insurance and medicaid provide coverage for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities from birth to 21 for evidence-based treatments including Applied Behavior Analysis.
